The place I saw in this meditation was at Lake Powell, UT. I was standing in a pool of calm clear cool water, surrounded by red sandstone rock.
The water was waist high and I could rest my hands on the cool calm clear water. I was totally relaxed and could feel the calmness in every cell of my being.
In the distance, I could see images of hundreds of people standing on the shoreline and wondered who they were. The very next image that came to my mind seemed to answer my question.

The scene in my mind now was from the movie Dune, where the protagonist, Paul Atriedes, drank the water of life and was now surrounded by the giant worms; the Shialude.
In the movie, the worms came to honor the young Atriedes for arriving at this life milestone; the ability to look and see within himself.
I now felt I understood the Lake Powell image with people standing on the shore line. I had reached a milestone in my life where I was now able to “know” myself. There were many souls on the shoreline who had helped me get to this point, and they were all here in recognition of getting to this milestone.

I felt very honored.
I wanted to stay in this place forever. It was that powerful and wonderful of a sensation and feeling.
However, I now have this image and that deep feeling embedded within each of my cells and I now realize I can choose to mentally take myself back to this place and to re-experience this same sensation whenever I choose.
That, too, is very powerful.
