I then visualized the second chakra and visualized it as orange and then transitioning to a clear vibrant orange. I visualized a connection between the earth, to the first chakra, and then to the second chakra.
I then visualized the third chakra and saw it first as an opaque yellow. I focused the chakra becoming clear and a vibrant yellow, and then connecting with the third chakra.
I then visualized the fourth chakra and it was a clear vibrant green. I then saw it connect with the third chakra.
Next was the fifth chakra, a clear deep blue chakra. It was clear already and self connected to the fourth chakra.
Then the sixth chakra became prominent and it was a clear deep purple and connected with the fifth chakra.
Then the seventh chakra, which was a white vibrant light and this easily expanded to the Tao. I then saw the energy of the Tao come through chakra 7, then chakra 6, then chakra 5, and rested at chakra 4. Almost at the same time I could also see the energy from the earth come from the root, to chakra 1, then chakra 2, then chakra 3, then rest at chakra 4.
The energy then started to flow in a rhythmic motion, like a circle 8, with energy coming from above and then curving in my 4th chakra as it continued its journey down to the earth.
The energy from the earth was coming up and at chakra 4, it curved to the other side of the chakras and continued upward toward heaven.
It then got into a better rhythm of flowing up to the Tao and then from the Tao flowing down to the earth. At this point the colors were red from the earth and clear light from the Tao.
During the meditation, it felt as if there were many around who were captivated and witnessing this event. It felt like a marker of change, like a new beginning was becoming birthed.
After about 15 minutes, the energy flow slowed and stopped and the connection with the heavens and the connection to the rooted earth were almost automatically withdrawn. I could tell the meditation was over.
