The process of training is to identify a specific spiritual gift that you desire and to then practice it, but also to stimulate the chakra point that it relates to.
Here is a review what each of these spiritual gifts are beginning with the gift associated with the first chakra and working up to the seventh chakra.
Personality Sensing - 1st Chakra Spiritual Gift
Personality sensing is the ability to interpret and understand a person’s true self, character, and true nature. You are able to do this with the sensing energy of the first chakra and are able to read and sense the other person’s spiritual essence.
When you meet someone and feel instantly bonded and connected with another person, it is often this spiritual gift that is being used. You could be feeling the person’s true self, or perhaps their connection to you from another lifetime, or the fact this person is from your own entity (spiritual family). Sometimes you feel a connection to a person because they are part of your life path and are connected to you in some way.
You can also sense a person’s negative energy with this personality sensing gift. For example you can sense when someone’s true and core personality is negative, or if they lying, or dangerous, or someone to be avoided or be to be careful of. These negative triggers may be letting you know this person’s core personality and values are in conflict with your own core personality and values. Or that you need to be cautious.
In addition, this gift can also be used to help you identify earth energy centers and determine locations where the earth and the astral are at their closest.
Sensing Truth - 2nd Chakra Spiritual Gift
The spiritual gift of the second chakra is the ability to sense truth. With this spiritual gift, you are more apt to tell when someone is lying. You also have the ability to recognize truth when you hear, read, or in the presence of truth.
Sensing the Future &/or the Past - 3rd Chakra Spiritual Gift
The spiritual gift of the third chakra is related to the ability to sense the past as well as the future. Obviously the past is a bit easier to sense than the future because the future may change. This spiritual gift includes the ability to regress and project in the past as well as project on other timelines.
Command Projection - 4th Chakra Spiritual Gift
Command projection is the ability to share, project, and distribute your spiritual energy. This can be done with a person you love and strengthen the bond and connection with that other person. It also can be done to help project and distribute needed spiritual energy throughout the Tao.
Dream Interpretation - 5th Chakra Spiritual Gift
The ability to interpret dreams and the messages from dreams is a spiritual gift. Dreams may be messages from an astral travel experience or may be a message from your Higher Self or spiritual guide. Learning to interpret your dreams and then identify the message or the insight can be a major tool in learning to receive communication and guidance from the spiritual realm
Astral Travel - 6th Chakra Spiritual Gift
Traveling to the astral plane allows you with the ability to gain insight and true knowledge that no other mechanism provides. Astral travel also allows you to connect with your Higher Self. Your Higher Self has ALL the memories of all your past lives. Your Higher Self also knows all the lessons and reasons for the experience you are going through in this life. Your Higher Self also is the force behind your life who is directing you to have certain types of experiences in this life. Your Higher Self has the complete story and reason for everything going on in your life. Connecting with your Higher Self will help you understand more fully as to why things are the way they are in your life. Having this depth of understanding will allow you to be more closely partnered with your Higher Self so your life can make more sense.

Telepathy - 7th Chakra Spiritual Gift
Telepathy is a spiritual communication gift that may be developed to help you receive direct communication and messages from your Higher Self, your Spiritual Guide(s), and with other beings and fragments on other planes of the Tao.
There are different types and forms of telepathy. Some start to learn how to receive input and messages by using tools such as Tarot cards, Ouija board, or automatic writing. Some are able to channel direct information from an astral source. Others receive thoughts and input and guidance directly within their mind almost on a continual basis as if they are with someone unseen at almost all times.
Summary
The development of the spiritual gifts may be the goal of where we want to be and what we want to achieve in our spiritual abilities. We want to develop the expertise so that spiritual gift can always be with us. As we work to develop a spiritual gift, the spiritual energy we are using to develop that gift will be providing us with a lot of other various types of spiritual experiences that are related to that spiritual gift. It is as if there is a stepping stone and path providing us with some spiritual experiences as we continue to develop those spiritual gifts.
